Position : HELPDESK and NETWORK SUPPORT

Based in Kuching, Sarawak

Requirements:

		Possess Bachelor's Degree in IT/IS
		Network problems solving skills TCP/IP, Wireless Configuration, etc
		Understanding of Networking is required
		Able to work a rotating shift when required
		Willing to work at graveyard shift
		Good communication skills - Verbal and Written
		Keep abreast of new technology
		Team player
		Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
		Experience in Helpdesk and Customer Support is preferred
